A Long Island-based architectural and design firm, New York Cloth & Co prided itself on its high-end clientele and “bespoke” approach. So naturally they wanted an identity as stylized and singular as their work.
Proving that no two identities are alike.
We designed their logo around an aesthetic: simultaneously timeless, modern, and utterly unique. A dragonfly—which was not only meaningful to the company’s two founders, but is said to symbolize transformation—inspired the shape, while its texture is an amalgam of the founders’ fingerprints. The typeface and palette were selected to suggest fine tailoring—creating an impeccable impression.
