BBC Future
BBC doesn’t just cover the world’s news; sometimes they make it. That was the plan for their Future summit, gathering some of the most brilliant minds today to discuss “world-changing ideas.”
Previewing the future to make history.
Science. Technology. The universe. All became the landscape of a teaser video inviting people to attend, or stream, the summit. Closeups on the experts and influencers who would lead the conversation—the men behind the minds—were juxtaposed with iconic, abstract images synonymous with breakthrough thinking: geometry, a DNA spiral, a lightbulb, literal wheels turning. The effect was both futuristic and fascinating—drawing 100,000 viewers to the online broadcast alone.
